People have a tendency to worship their material possessions and take care of them better than themselves or their own family sometimes. I wanted to give hip hop listeners a reality check. To love something that can't love you in return is pointless. Me and Nonameko are close friends so I brought to her the idea of creating the hook and she brought some fire to the table. The reason I repeated the ending and beginning bars was to keep the same format as a television series. On TV, you'll see a part before the commercial and then they'll go back to that same part to keep the story going so you don't lose your place.

Ugly heroes is one of my favorite groups of all time. For me Verbal Kent's voice is just euphoric, and then you have Red Pill on top of that?! It's amazing but let's not get ahead of ourselves. Their talent only shines through so well because of Apollo here and I love it. I listen to the album nonstop and it inspires me when i write my own shit.
